(hereinafter “CROSBY Fine Art”) sets forth the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter “Terms of Use” or “terms”), which are a legal and binding agreement between you and CROSBY Fine Art governing your access to and use of this website, any website maintained by CROSBY Fine Art that links to these terms, and any mobile application(s) currently in use or as we may introduce from time to time (the website(s) and mobile applications, or any portion thereof, are hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). We are headquartered and operate within the United States.
