From the moment the camera shutter is tripped until a fine art piece is hanging on your wall, we are dedicated to perfecting you fine art investment. All materials used to create your custom artwork are made to equal or surpass museum archival standards. And from the camera to your wall, our process has been designed to bring you the highest quality photographic artwork possible. This ensures that your fine art acquisition will be a heirloom piece to be enjoyed for generations.
As an artist, Hans is dedicated to controlling every aspect of his fine art creations. While the process begins with Hans scouting and shooting the best locations and using the highest quality equipment, this is only the beginning. Hans then supervises every aspect of printing, mounting and framing of your artwork, with a passion, care and attention to detail that only a true artist provides. All of this combined with a certificate of authenticity and edition integrity through serialized holograms and collector documentation, ensures that your art investment arrives at your door in pristine and safe condition.

Collector Editions
LIMITED EDITIONS
Hans’ images are typically available in Limited Editions of less than 500. Unique edition numbers are displayed on each photograph along with the artist’s signature, all accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity to ensure edition integrity. Each individual edition number is assigned to only one collector.
Limited Edition pricing varies by size and quantity sold, and are available as acrylic mount, framed and/or matted. As the number of photographs in each Limited Edition are sold, the price for the remaining images appreciate to better represent increasing rarity of the image.

ARTIST PROOFS
An “artist proof” is an impression of a print taken during the process to see the current printing state being worked on by the artist. A proof is typically used to describe an impression of the finished work that is identical but sometimes different to the numbered copies. When offered, Hans’ artist proofs are limited to 10% of the edition size for each image.
Artist proofs are not included in the count of a Limited Edition. An artist’s proof typically has a higher value due to its additional rarity and possible differences from the standard photograph. Collectors usually prefer artist’s proofs even when they are identical to the main edition.

High Definition Artist Proofs
Lik Fine Art’s High Definition Artist Proofs receive an extra level of security with an embedded edition number in the lower right hand corner of the artwork. This special feature can only be viewed with a 10x magnification loupe and is nearly invisible to the naked eye.

Process Is Everything
Laminate/Mount
To enhance the presentation and to maintain the integrity of the image, each print is mounted under a clear acrylic, which is scratch resistant and non-reflective in order to allow the detail and vibrancy of each artwork to shine through. Fine artworks mounted this way show an incredible visual depth, a higher level of detail, beautiful tonal transition and incredibly vibrant colors. The final result is a truly museum quality piece with a lifelike appearance.
Liners/Matts
Our liners (also known as matts) are of always the highest quality, rivaling that used today by almost all museums and libraries worldwide. Being 100% cotton, rest assure that your fine art investment rests in an acid-free and pH balanced environment, to protect and display your artwork year after year. With our liners featuring a traditional beveled cut, you can choose between the two classics: black or white. No matter your choice, they both look fantastic.
Frames
We offer only the highest-quality frames in which to display your artwork. Whether you select one of our hand-crafted wood frames or a museum-quality metallic frame moldings, each of our frames provide a rich luxurious look designed to showcase your fine art investment. If you want your artwork displayed in a frame of your choosing, please contact us so that we can assist you with your special need.
Integrity
CROSBY Fine Art is dedicated to ensuring the integrity of your fine art purchase. Not only is each Limited Edition and Artist Proof signed and numbered before it leaves our facility, but each artwork is shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity to reduce the risk of duplication. Moreover, each edition is further protected against forgery through the use of serialized holograms and collector documentation that is always stored at our office.
Assembly
In every step of our manufacturing process the image is inspected before and after each phase to ensure the quality standards that Peter demands are consistently put into practice. We don’t practice assembly until we get it right, we practice assembly until we can’t get it wrong.
Packing & Shipping
The integrity of your fine art investment must always be protected. Accordingly, your artwork is always specially packaged in-house at CROSBY Fine Art with appropriate techniques and materials, to ensure the safety of the artwork from our facility to your front door.
